Grounded in internationally recognized technical standards, including IEC 62253, the curriculum equips WASH engineers and practitioners with the skills needed to calculate water demand, assess deep aquifer viability, and appropriately size pumping and photovoltaic equipment. Through interactive, real-world scenarios—specifically designing distinct water systems for the host community of Ukhia and the Kutupalong Rohingya refugee camp—learners utilize a structured SPWS Design Tool to navigate the complexities of building sustainable, long-lasting water infrastructure.
